This is a bit of a misleading statistic, because heart attacks tend to fall/rise in the days after the clocks change so as to make no difference. The specific days change, but the overall rate of heart attacks doesn’t.
Wish they’d stop pissing around with the time. Spending 6 months going to work in the darkness and finishing in the dark, with just an hour to get out in daylight, is utterly miserable and should be illegal.
Fuck it, when I become King I’m making darkness outside of 12am and 6am punishable by listening to Christmas music all year round.
Is it cause there’s just less hours in the day for it to happen, 23 hours as opposed to 25 hours.

this study is now 16 years old and more recent studies contest this finding e.g. [https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2542454823000814](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2542454823000814)
“We all”
My concrete-ass body-clock waking me at 04:30 after the same eight hours sleep I get every other day.
Just now realising I’ve had an extra hour in bed makes my hangover seem worse.
The clocks what-now?
You folks have this special hell too? I thought it was only America that was dumb enough to change time twice a year. My condolences.
