  2. George Bush, Jr. did the same. Denial of the facts has been a political issue for a long time. He told the US EPA not to consider approving a non-global warming refrigerant, even though the law gave them a year to issue a decision on it, and they had no scientific reason to disapprove it.

    We have now finally adopted an ISO regulation that doe the same thing.
