The Amalgamation of Official Northern Ireland Supporters’ Clubs (AONISC) had the opportunity to raise concerns with Thierry Favre, the UEFA Deputy Director for National Associations, when Bulgaria visited Windsor Park this month, however it emerged that the UEFA match delegate was not aware of all the issues that impacted fans in Plovdiv.
