Baked a parkin after Bake Off last night. Not going to be icing this however

  1. Naked parkin = excellent choice.

    Now wrap it up for a week or so, it will be all the more scrummy when you finally eat it.

  2. I’ve gone from never hearing of a Parkin to seeing the word about a million times today, I have no complaints.

  3. Can anyone else see the shape of a sinister face in it? (particularly clear in a smaller thumbnail)

    Not saying as a bad thing, but perfect for Halloween!
