  1. Nice piece of shit spotted in the wild. I guess this propagandist never heard of hard proofs, like Karski trip. Or perhaps the aim is to cover fact that allied forces representatives did not believed/ignored it.

  2. Yeah Allied propaganda in full scope , they simply didn’t believe what the Poles have told them so now they are desperately lying because they don’t want to look bad , shame on you Allies

  3. >According to historian Peter Black, **the first media reference to the murder of Jews appeared in the Polish Home Army publication Biuletyn Informacyjny on February 19, 1942**: “Several towns and villages report intensified action against the Jews by the occupiers [i.e., the Germans].  In Jadów bei Radzym (sic, Radzyn), in Izbica, Wartbrücken, Dombie, Zagórów, Turek und Tonningen, the mass murder of the Jews has begun. The people are allegedly taken away to work – and then shot or poisoned by gas.”

  4. The funny thing is that one of the criticisms of this book is it being too “pro-polish”,earning it omits a lot of anti-Semitism in Poland.

I’m not judging one way or the other, I just thought that it’s a funny fact considering the page we see lol

  5. Pilecki is cringing in his grave right now, wherever it is. This guy wouldn’t like to know that he volunteered to Auschwitz (in order to gather information about Holocaust and show it to the allies) just to see something like this

  6. Polish soldier broke out of Aushwitz TWICE to inform the allies whats going on and the allies didn’t believe.

  7. What’s with Jewish people and projecting their dislike of the Polish onto us, claiming it is us who hold some grudge against them?

They don’t like us, we know it and we honestly shouldn’t care anymore.

  8. As I understand it this is a very personal story and not really an official broad account of the whole war. At least I would not look to this book if I wanted to learn about what generally took palce during the war. But as a personal account, just purely looking at the events from the life of this man it seems interesting.

The book is very controversial in Israel as well because the author doesn’t shy away from calling out some of the Jewish community leaders for being complicit in the Holocaust.
