The fact pepper spray isn’t legal still blows my mind (if you disagree you either a predator who wants women and men defenceless or live a super privileged life that you never have been in a situation that needed it)
Social media, unvetted, leads to a callous disgregard for life as it seems to kill empathy and sympathy, and desensitises young minds. Ban it all. Who would miss it anyway?
Oh for goodness sake. Another child!!! I watched a news report not long ago of a 12 year old who killed herself because of bullying! Now not knowing what this is about yet, but I agree, children today are awful and are running riot. Adults are scared of them. I have worked in education and seen behaviour policies. These are not enough. The UK Government needs to take a serious look at why children are doing this to each other. I hope this young girl survives. If she doesn’t, then bring those responsible including their parents to full account!! But hoping she does. Sending love to her and her family ❤️
Kids running even more rampant during half term…
The lot at my commute train station frequently trespass on the rail. Can’t/won’t confront them, so bracing myself to see a death by train strike at some point In the future.
I used to live around alot of rough estates but even the biggest twats on the row wouldnt have their kids do that. Culture today is fucking vile.
Such a shame, when you’re a child you cannot comprehend what doing something like this really means and the consequences it could have.
I’m waiting for more details before I judge but the police and our new government have already demonstrated a keenness to bury details from the public that they consider unfavourable
Parents of the accused should also face murder charges. Strict liability. If your child is a cunt, then you are also a cunt.
All comments here looking for reactive solution or how retaliate violently against criminals. This just explains that UK has really declined. Preventative measure is always the better than reactive measures. I have always looked up to UK for these types of advises since Brits are usually known for their critical thinking.
Re-investment in education, parenting awareness, economic growth, social awareness are needed to improve life in the UK.
These are the manifestations of a dying nation and society by the way. What is happening to this country is just horrible.
After the sentencing of that little shit in Newcastle today I hope they come down like a ton of bricks on the little shits. We have to start getting fucking tough on kids it’s out of hand entirely these days.
