Fear is an odd way to put it. Wouldnt you ‘hope’ the head found in the street came from the headless corpse found in the road. If not, you’d be looking for another head and another body to match up with the unrelated body and head that you have already found.

As a policeman, I’d be thinking that the body missing the head might be the owner of the head. DNA tests would confirm I’m sure but I don’t think Poirot is required.

This is just beyond sad, disturbing and sickening. The fact that this poor elderly man has suffered such a horrendous death. The lads playing with the head not realising it was real. The absolute ghouls sharing the images and videos on social media. What have we become as a society that you would post stuff like this, without considering how his family must feel? I haven’t been able to get this out of my mind all day.
