Regardless of the election results, a lot of Americans aren’t going anywhere and are still fighting for Ukraine. They still need our support and Ukraine still needs our support. This photo is an American who just flew back to Ukraine. See comments for how to keep going.

I know a lot of Ukraine supporters are disappointed by the election results in the USA. Regardless of what we all wanted, this is the result.
A lot of Americans aren’t going anywhere in their support. The photo above is an American who just flew back to Ukraine to rejoin the fight. He is now fighting with the famed Da Vinci Wolves.
We may not have chosen this result but we choose how we react to it. For us at Protect a Volunteer, the mission still goes forward. Ukraine needs us all now more than ever.
I’m going to focus this post on what you can do to support Americans actually in the fight for Ukraine. It is really tough to get an accurate count of how many Americans have died fighting for Ukraine as many names have never been released and some are officially MIA. Regardless, it is dozens. There are hundreds more still fighting in Ukraine. If you would like to support some of them, here are excellent ways to support Americans there.
1. Tell Biden to lift restrictions on Ukraine striking Russia. He is still the President until January; lifting this restriction can be a game changer for Ukraine in the war.
2. We still have dozens of volunteers reaching out to us every month to ask for help with flights to Ukraine or flights home after a long service or injury. For this American volunteer above, he was able to bring extra needed equipment for the Da Vinci wolves thanks to getting his flight covered. Some cannot afford to go without help for a flight but are highly qualified. You can help by signing up as a flight sponsor using airline miles or $ at [protectavolunteer.com](http://protectavolunteer.com) or giving to the “Flight Fund” on the Paypal. All amounts help!
3. You can match up with an American volunteer fighting in Ukraine. Currently, an American woman who serves as a medic is asking for help affording winter gear. Rogue Team is also a team with multiple Americans on the team. Last week two Americans were killed and many others on the team who survived that mission need help replacing lost equipment. This is one of the most highly qualified, professional teams in Ukraine that is made up of mostly American, Canadian, and other Western volunteers.
4. If you are a person with military experience or other relevant experience (mechanic, drone technician, etc.) and you have been considering helping Ukraine, go over to r/ukraineforeignlegion, read the stickied posts, and learn more about how to join Ukraine’s military.
My interview is next week. All goes well I’ll be there in January but may need some help too.
So, what exactly are they to do when the ammo dries up?
I wish I was healthy enough to join the ZSU as a medic.
There are so many of us still
thank you every single american who has helped by even a dime…if you get to the Dnipro area there will be a cold one in the fridge for you
I only wish I could 3D print some Tomahawk missiles for you all.
Good luck and Slava Ukrayini!
I’m sorry Ukraine for the clownery the might happen next year.
That’s one crazy mofo, godspeed
We can’t count on our president to help Ukraine, he will probably cut out the White House comment line…
Let’s move on and think how can we help Ukraine!!
Thank you very much for your help.
They are true Americans, always fighting for freedom for themselves and the others. Respect
Strikingly, it’s HIS 🇺🇸flag that’s already grayed and lost color.
What a true American Hero, fighting for a free world as an American, risking his very life.
Now, we may not all be this brave. But the least we can do is LOOK, and remind ourselves. Freedom is not a given. It has to be defended. With a strong stance towards it’s aggressors
Love from 🇩🇪🇦🇹 🇺🇸 👍
Slava Ukraini! 🇺🇦
Death to the Tyrants ☠️
Look on the bright side… you can switch to smaller ammunition for North Koreans to reduce costs. Also, you can probably lure a bunch out by using food. Might be a war crime but who cares.
God help us all. Don’t give up the fight!
This is our reality here, fighting, working, regardless of election outcomes. Some of us are in combat roles, some are using our prior experience in nato militaries as mechanics, engineers or medics. We appreciate PAV, we appreciate every donation we’re given.
Today I cannibalized two trucks destroyed by drone strikes to get parts to make a third truck run. Lying in the dirt, using only hand tools purchased with donations. This small Mitsubishi is currently our unit’s only functioning vehicle. Regardless, we will drive on.
