I am on a search for the smallest first-level country subdivision. Wikipedia says it is Les Révoires, based on the second map, but according to the first map Saint Michel (10) is clearly smaller. My guess is that one of these maps is outdated.
Edit: The first map is actually not from an official website, just a random Monaco fact page.

I’m not sure what your looking for… the only official level 1 subdivision I know of is this one : https://en.service-public-entreprises.gouv.mc/Premises-and-works/Works/Regulations/Urban-Planning-Regulations
