FOREVER stuck in my head now… šµ – BBC
We first heard the goblin song in the read through and I feel like you guys have gotten record our faces CU we were like how are we going sing Oh my God the first time I heard it I was like no no way the little siren at the beginning
The beats in the bass fantastic I thought we were going to record it in a studio and then like lip syn to it on the day but then the day kept approaching and no one was talking about that and then it was like the day’s here
And it’s like okay here’s your mic and sing You and Me goblins everyone and you Ruby you’re in a van the Goblins weren’t there they are being added in magically rocket J they had like cardboard cutouts of goblins so we knew like what Heights we were performing to other than that no
We were just singing to like wooden planks on the ground and like James the boom or The King The King it’s good to meet I’m an actor and not a singer and so it was like one of the only times I’ve ever been like very very embarrassed to my court

Watch the Spike Lee movie "Bamboozled" to get a good idea of what's going on here.
The actor himself said he's not a singer, so I wonder what it was that made the producers think this Doctor ought to be introduced with a ragtime number?
It makes you wonder what Russell was thinking, if Ncuti was uncomfortable with having to do it
Honestly they both killed it. Such an awesome moment!
He nailed itttt
