Don't they have drains that even though may be backed up are still flowing stuff out?? Looks like some poor engineering here that needs to be revisited and updated.
The road is only submerged due to inept drainage design, regulation & maintenance
Exactly.. No regular maintenance in Ireland re drains and similar affects every time of heavy rain
