Auckland brings in 2024 with dazzling fireworks display

New Zealand became one of the first countries to welcome in 2024 with a dazzling fireworks display at midnight.

The city’s iconic Sky Tower was turned into an explosion of light and colour as the clock ticked over to 12.

Whilst not the first country to enter the New Year, New Zealand is usually the first to offer an enormous fireworks show.
