The airline said the flight diverted safely to Sky Harbor International.

PHOENIX — A Southwest flight heading from Los Angeles to Baltimore diverted to Phoenix after the pilots received a “maintenance indication while flying,” according to the airline.

Pilots aboard Southwest Airlines Flight 2333 followed procedures and landed the aircraft uneventfully but safely, according to the airline.

Southwest said it will accommodate the customers onboard the flight to Baltimore.

“We appreciate the professionalism of our Pilots and Flight Crew,” the airline said in a statement. “Nothing is more important to Southwest than the Safety of our Customers and Employees.”

No injuries were reported.
